This is me
With a background as a successful professional esports player, I bring firsthand experience with high-performance competition. I later specialized in human behavior, learning, mental health, and performance optimization.
I worked as a psychologist for paiN Gaming during their championship-winning years (2013–2015), and for over a decade I’ve practiced as a clinical psychologist.
Today, I help players improve decision-making, emotional control, and consistency under pressure—while protecting their mental health. Because long-term performance isn’t just about skill; it’s about sustainability in a game that constantly puts you to your limit.
"Throughout my life — at least for as long as I can remember — I always felt like I was missing something, lacking certain skills. That led to many social and professional challenges. Today, I have strong friendships, I’m growing in my career, and I face everyday struggles in a way I never could before."
"By a stroke of luck, I found myself in the hands of an exceptional professional.
I had never been in therapy before, and I didn’t know what to expect or if it would actually help. Little did I know that this process would change my life and give me a level of mental health I had never experienced."
"Today, seven years later, all I feel is gratitude towards Lucas. I know my progress is also due to my own willpower and openness to the process, but it’s clear to me that I wouldn’t have come this far without him. Lucas played a fundamental role in helping me climb out of that abyss"
Behavioral Science Approach
Behavioral Science coaching helps players improve performance by targeting the patterns that shape decision-making under pressure. Rather than focusing only on technical knowledge, it examines how thoughts, emotions, and environmental cues influence actions in real time.
Through this approach, players learn to identify unhelpful behavioral loops—such as impulsive reactions after setbacks, avoidance of difficult decisions, or overreliance on short-term outcomes—and replace them with more consistent, goal-directed responses. Training often involves breaking complex performances into observable components, allowing for precise feedback and measurable progress.
Ultimately, the goal is to align actions with long-term objectives, helping players execute their strategy more reliably, adapt to changing conditions, and sustain high-level performance across sessions.
